Hello. At first, you must download UAC3 and write your ID in this program here (after you will register in this program you will need to press "Play", than wait for 14 seconds and press Ok. You will see your personal ID below the program`s window, right after your nickname).

And in which clan you been? Call them please

I play with him today he have potential and he is very friendly,
but he still need to learn many things.

Scans are okay. But i see that you are member of some another clans. You can not join RUS1 while you still are member of another SWAT4 v1.0 clan.
